Philippine typhoon death toll could reach 10 000

Rescue personnel in the Philippines are struggling to get help to more than 9.6 million people affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Authorities have confirmed that 255 people have died, but fear that the death toll could reach 10,000. They say more than 13,000 homes were destroyed.
