Fire brigade launch trial of oxygen masks for animals.

Fire engines belonging to Avon Fire and Rescue will be equipped with the latest technology aimed to save the lives of family pets. In total, three specially designed oxygen masks have been donated to the force by non-profit organisation, Smokey Paws. They will be trailed by staff in Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset, over a six month period before it is decided whether they will be launched across the force.
