Typhoon Mangkhut hits Hong Kong's Heng Fa Chuen

The scene from Heng Fa Chuen, located on the eastern part of Hong Kong island, on Sunday, September 16, 2018. Severe Typhoon Mangkhut battered the city with wind gusts of up to 232km/h. The Hong Kong Observatory issued at No 10 signal, the highest on its typhoon alert scale.
