Colombian police serenade 15-year-old for her birthday

Colombian police officers in the city of Cali, southwest of capital Bogota, serenade 15-year-old Andrea Moreno a few days after her birthday, in an effort to support citizens during a nationwide lockdown imposed to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.
