பெண்கள், குழந்தைகள், முதியவர்கள் ஆகியோரை கடத்தும் தாலிபான்கள், அவர்களை மனிதக்கேடயமாக பயன்படுத்தி வருவதாகத் துணை அதிபராக இருந்த அம்ருல்லா சலே பரபரப்பு குற்றச்சாட்டை முன் வைத்துள்ளார்.

Amrullah Saleh accused the T@liban of human rights violation and said the fighters have "@bducted many children and elderly people to use them as a shield" to move around and conduct house searches. Amrullah Saleh said the Taliban fighters are not allowing food and fuel to reach the Andarab valley.
