Why choose between brownies and cookies when you can have both in a dessert?! That's the reason why we made one of our favorite desserts: brookies!
You will see, you too will love this crunchy/soft combination. And for even more indulgence, don't hesitate to enjoy this American-style dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top ;-)
Ingredients:
Brownies batter :
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 5 oz chocolate
- 1/3 cup butter
Cookie dough :
- 4 oz softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1+ 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
